Terms and Conditions for Ghost Hunting Events

 

1. Introduction

 

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in ghost hunting events (The lost spirit wales ) organized by [The lost spirit Wales ]  By booking and attending the Event, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance via our official website or approved third-party platforms.

• Full payment is required to secure your place.

• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the Organizer cancels the Event.

 

3. Age Restrictions

• Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.

• Proof of age may be required at the Event.

 

4. Health & Safety

• Participants must be in good health and capable of walking/standing for extended periods.

• The Event may involve dark, uneven, or confined spaces; anyone with medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, epilepsy, mobility impairments) should consult a doctor before attending.

• The Organizer is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising from participation.

 

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

• Ghost hunting involves visiting potentially haunted locations, often at night, which may be unsettling.

• The Organizer is not liable for any paranormal experiences, personal distress, or emotional impact during or after the Event.

• Participants enter the Event locations at their own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage to personal belongings or injuries sustained.

 

6. Conduct & Behavior

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or intoxicated participants will be removed without refund.

• No vandalism, theft, or damage to the Event location is permitted.

• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals who pose a safety risk or violate these terms.

 

7. Equipment & Property

• Any equipment provided by the Organizer must be returned in the same condition.

• Participants may bring their own equipment but are responsible for its safety and functionality.

 

8. Photography & Recording

• Participants may take photos/videos for personal use unless otherwise stated.

• Commercial use of recordings without prior approval is prohibited.

• The Organizer may take photos/videos during the Event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being filmed/photographed.

 

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations.

• If the Organizer cancels the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

• The Organizer is not responsible for travel/accommodation costs due to cancellations.

 

10. Force Majeure

• The Organizer is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, such as extreme weather, venue closures, or other unforeseen events.

 

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [The United Kingdom ]. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
